Born in Austria, Daniela Obodynski received her school education in Germany. She has always had a passion for languages and therefore decided to study English and German languages at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

Shortly after her studies she went to live in Poland, where she worked at the Österreich Institut Warschau (Austrian Institute Warsaw) for 15 years, teaching German as a foreign language to adults, children and young learners. She has also been an official ÖSD (Austrian language examinations) examinator on all levels of the German language from A1 - C2. As work at the ÖI Warsaw involved a great variety of innovative methods, after a few years she became an official language coach and trainer.

Daniela worked at the University of Music in Warsaw for many years, where she taught German and English to the students.

She is delighted to be part of our language team for both ESL and German.

Daniela has lived in Mallorca for 6 years, teaching at Ecole International School for 4 years. She has also taught at the German language school Dialog in Palma, where she prepared students for the different levels of the Goethe examinations.

Motivation is especially important to Daniela; she tries to motivate her learners every day using different methods, often learning something new herself.

Daniela likes to show her students that learning can be exciting and fun.
