Elena is an administrative professional with many years of customer service experience. She has had a varied career in administration, but what she enjoys most is meeting customers. Elena believes that the relationship with the customer is an important element of excellent customer service.

She believes in personal development and as such has studied for a number of years in her field and has a vocational qualification in Technical Administrative Management.

Although born in Mallorca, Elena had the desire to travel and experience life abroad; she enjoys experiencing and learning from other cultures and to this end she lived for two years in Ireland (Killerney) and also in France (Bruille-lez Marchiennes).

Elena also travelled to other countries, which is one of her interests. These experiences have not only broadened her culturally but have also consolidated her language skills. Although her mother tongue is Spanish, she also speaks English, French and Catalan.

After her travels, she returned to Mallorca where she now lives close to her family and childhood friends. In general, her hobbies are outdoor sports such as walking with her dogs in the mountains and cycling, although her current bike is electric! Although she doesn't do as much sport as she used to, she still enjoys dancing and of course travelling whenever she has the budget and time.

She is delighted to be part of the MTA team.

Elena will add to our special educational environment by building strong relationships not only with the students but also with our parents.
