Martyn or Mr Martyn as many of our Spanish clients affectionately call him is the MTA Group consultant. After 15 years at MTA Martyn has finally retired from his role as Executive Director.

He has contributed significantly to the operation with his business partner Julie, but it is now time to pass the baton and relax more. Everyone that knows Martyn will realise that doing nothing after 50 years of corporate life is not an option. He will still contribute to the business, as it moves into new exciting phases, but his daily work schedule will be greatly reduced.

His eye for detail is an invaluable asset for any business and we are fortunate to have him as a consultant as MTA expands. In addition, Martyn has decided to offer a one-to-one service for students who need that additional focus. His educational skills transverse many subjects and his students have always found him to be challenging, supportive, but above all he makes a difference.

He is passionate about getting the student to work independently which is essential for further education and future careers. So, his relax time will now be filled with travel and his keen interest for rugby union never diminishes. Often these two passions can be combined.

Don't hesitate to talk to him, if you occasionally see him in the office, he always makes the time to offer an insight into the educational world.

Mr Martyn always strives to make a difference in whatever he does.
